Understanding Wet Abrasive Blasting Equipment

Wet abrasive blasting has emerged as an alternative to dry blasting for removing coatings, contaminants, corrosion, and residues from hard surfaces. In some cases, the abrasive media is moistened prior to impacting the surface, reducing fugitive dust and minimizing cleanup. It results in a consistent, ready-to-coat surface, with no embedded particles or clinging dust. This webinar will provide an overview of the two main types of wet abrasive blasting: water injection and fluidized abrasive blasting. Get a better understanding of how each technology works as well as the advantages and disadvantages.
