What Does Cigarette Wrap Mean?

Cigarette wrap refers to the rolling papers that are provided in sealed packages that are used to cover and keep cigarettes fresh. Cigarette wraps may be transparent or colored, and/or flavored. They contain many substances, which when extracted prove to be very effective at preventing corrosion in steel, even under harsh conditions.

Cigarette wraps contain many chemicals such as nicotine, hydrogen cyanide, formaldehyde, lead, arsenic, ammonia, benzene and radioactive elements such as uranium, all of which can have positive benefits depending on their application. While they may be toxic to human health and cause corrosion in dental materials, in specific circumstances they can be used to prevent corrosion in steel.
