Continental Cylinder, Inc.
Continental Cylinder, Inc. (CCI) is a leader in the repair or remanufacture of hydraulic components including cylinders and swivels for all mobile equipment in construction, crane and mining applications, including the largest shovel and off-highway trucks in the Alberta oil sands. All cylinders are built back to OE specification to ensure that the life and performance is equal to that of new but at a significantly reduced cost.
CCI commenced operations in 2002 when it was formed to acquire assets of Alpine Chrome Industries Ltd. The latter company has continuously supplied full cylinder remanufacturing and repair services to the local Edmonton market and Alberta region including oil sands operations since 1980. The acquisition in 2002 provided CCI with an established customer base, specialized repair equipment and trained cylinder reman technicians. With this operational foundation the company has serviced major worldwide OE’s, dealers and global mining organizations with significant equipment fleets. Our people, who have been providing hydraulic repair solutions for decades, are world class so whatever repair you require, we’ve seen it before and done it well.
