Degasification Mean?
Degasification is a process to remove dissolved gases in liquids that are stored in metal tanks or passed through pipelines.
Liquids that are in contact with air usually contain dissolved gases such as nitrogen and oxygen. When these liquids (without degasification) come into contact with metal the dissolved gasses can cause corrosion and other problems.

Gas bubbles containing dissolved nitrogen, oxygen or carbon dioxide and dissolved salts may form when the liquid’s temperature increases or pressure decreases. The dissolved oxygen will react with the steel or iron metal and form ferric oxide or rust.
Degasification is a way to prevent problems associated with gas bubbles in liquids. The degasification process is performed primarily to protect steel or carbon steel piping from rust and corrosion. Degasification is done with the help of degasifiers.
